1. Please ensure the packaging is strong enough and correctly package. Write"FRAGILE" if your item is fragile. We will treat your items with utmost care, but please recognise it will be into Van of line haul vehicle, sometimes on a pallet along with all other freight.
2. Please be noticed that we will not deliver to Post Office Boxes, we need valid address. Makesure the name and address are completed correctly on the items note.
3. Please be consider that we reserve the right to refuse collection and /or delivery of any item if it is unsuitable to carry.
4. "United Express" does not carry dangerous goods
5. To measure your freight correctly please send us an email with any queries . We recommend the use of skids/pallets for heavy items so they may be forked on and off.
6. Please let us know if the receiver of your delivery has special requirements (eq after hours, commercial delivery centre, call to approach or any special instruction).
